“Dobsons were excellent, we had complete confidence in everything they did. From the outset comms were exemplary with a shared WhatsApp group, constantly monitored. There was never a delay in answers although there were very few Q’s as they were upfront in telling us what was happening & what we needed to know. Project management was seamless & all workmen polite, friendly, talented & a pleasure to have around & they treated the job & our home as if it was their own. It is rare to feel 100% satisfied with any service but there is genuinely no negatives we have. We can’t thank Dobsons enough.”
