“I was notified this morning that my appointment today would be between 8-30am and 12-30. The engineer would let me know when he was close by, which he did. He rang to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. Michael introduced himself, I explained what had happened regarding my freezer. He swiftly checked from the inside then the outside, eventually rectifying the issue. He tidied up although he didn't really make any mess. He talked me through his findings and that reassured me on what and why it happened. All in all top class service.”

Nice early appointment meant we weren't waiting around. Excellent engineer made the replacement part fitting in no time and was very clean, friendly and efficient - top marks Domestic Heroes you really are what your name suggests!
They changed me £59 to get a part number and it's no longer available and will not refund me as they have not do the job. Would not recommend.
Range cooker storage drawer sliding mechanism repaired and aligned. It works perfectly now. I’m a happy cook.
Great service. Visit booked within days of making call to the office. Received message on the day of planned call out to say it would be a morning visit & the engineer rang me when 15 mins away. Very polite & friendly engineer & was extremely tidy. No mess left in my kitchen at all. Great value for money & will definitely use again if needed

Everyone I dealt with was really helpful and efficient. We needed our dishwasher fixed and the problem was identified quickly with the option of having a new part or new machine. It was then fixed within a couple of days. The communication was really good and the engineer was polite, friendly and punctual. Will definitely use again.
Lucy Cooper was superb from start to finish. She rang me initially the 17th and said the job should be fine but would ring technician and ring me back. She rang back 10 minutes later and booked the job and assured me constantly as I had a nightmare day with another company. She also said she would check for cancellations and let me know as my appointment wasn’t booked until the 30th. She even emailed me the part she was looking at to ensure we had the same part which we did. Emailed her the 18th when the part arrived and being so conscious I emailed her the part that arrived and she sent a lovely email back. She then rang 1hr later with a cancellation for the 19th which I couldn’t do but also the 23rd which I can do. She went above and beyond any customer service representative has ever gone and I need to acknowledge what amazing customer she gave!! I am so so grateful!!!!! Rob the technician arrived today and so friendly and did the job without a fuss and superb service!!
Fantastic service from start to finish. They replied to my initial email enquiry within minutes. I got a slot within two working days. The guys arrived promptly to remove my old washing machine, fit the new and take away the old. They even took away the packaging. Couldn't ask for more 👍🏼
Absolutely fantastic company. Would recommend definitely. My fridge freezer broke and I rang on Saturday. Am engineer cam on Tuesday to inspect the Fridge freezer. A new one was required and was ordered and installed on Thursday very wuick and efficient service. Thank you so much.

Professional and reliable tradesman who carried out a repair on my freezer did a clean honest job and price charged was reasonable compared to my local providers.
Dishwasher issue.... booking was very simple and cordial. Arrived on time, very friendly and professional.... if my dog fusses them they must be good people 😊 Fixed the issue, explained the problem. Left no mess. Payment was easy.... will definitely use this company again.... I do hope that their engineers get feedback so they know how well they've done xx
