We timed our boiler replacement based on his advice but ignored his advice on fitting a Honeywell Home system at the same time, which was a bad decision. "Chris is very helpful. He tried to diagnose my boiler issue over the phone, so I wouldn’t need a call out. We couldn’t fix it, and he came out the very next day. He talked me through all the possible issues and within 30 minutes had found the root cause. Within 2 hours after picking up the part, he had my boiler up and running. This is the third job he’s done for me, with fixing a leak and replacing a toilet and cistern. In every case, they jobs were done to an excellent standard, in a timely manner, polite and explains the jobs. I wouldn’t highly recommended Chris for any plumbing work."
