“DP Construction are a very professional company. Dan Perkins runs a very honest, reliable and respectful business ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. After contacting Dan an appointment was made to discuss all matters regarding our single storey kitchen/lounge extension also a downstairs cloakroom, talking over the plans etc. Despite our living in the property whilst works were being carried out Dan took great care in being respectful. He was always on time and never let us down. When it was necessary to have the other trades involved Dan organised for these to be carried out, again all of these tradespeople worked to a very high standard. Dan and his team were always polite, punctual ensuring everything was left in a clean and tidy manner each day. We would highly recommend DP Construction to anyone considering hiring a contractor for any building works. Graham and Sue”
“This project was Stage 3 of my planned upgrades, the patio refurbishment. As always Dan was on time, efficient and worked hard. During the work an issue came up, with regards to the drains which were broken and leaking. Dan fixed one leak and prepared the ground for the plumbers to fix the larger leak, keeping costs under control. Dan's quality of work is to a very high standard, he always has a solution to a problem, is friendly, approachable leaves the site clean and tidy every day and when he is finished the work. My new patio is amazing and I have had a lot of people commenting on how good it looks. I thoroughly recommend using Dan for any building work, and will be using him again in the future.”
“We previously had Dan build a new driveways for my neighbour and myself and this project was stage 2 and the removal and replacement of an adjoining wall, gate and fence. As always Dans work was excellent, he is a hard worker and able to overcome any hidden problems that may arise. He organises every aspect of the job, sourcing the materials which are of good quality and this time a skip. I am extremely happy with the new gate, wall and fence, it is certainly a great improvement on what was there before. I am looking forward to working with him on the next stage of the project.”

Dan was extremely hard working & his attention to detail exemplary. We are thrilled with the result of our newly laid driveway & surrounding walls. Many neighbours & passers by have commented on how amazing it looks. Some of whom are interested in now having some work done! Mr G Wright.
Dan and his team, we’re really clear on the job in hand even on occasion when we couldn’t see a vision of how it would be. He would spend time going over things making sure we were all happy with what was happening. Time keeping is a big thing for us as you hear stories of builders turning up then going for breakfast and not coming back. No chance with Dan we had to tell Him To finish sometimes, as he gets Stuck in. - looking for a reliable tradesman who’s work second to none then give Dan a bell
I can highly recommend Dan for all brickwork, groundwork and patio work. Dan has completed a two story side and single rear extension to a high standard and was conscientious throughout to the demands of the project. He returned to build a front porch as well and will be completing a patio for us in the new year.
We used Dan to build a single story extension and patio area. From the first point we met Dan he was professional and explained everything clearly. When it came to the build the quality of his work was exceptional and he organised all the relevant trades efficiently. He always left the area clean and was courteous throughout. Prior to starting we were concerned about additional costs but Dan worked to his quote and even reduced it when certain works were no longer required by building control. I would highly recommend Dan. His professionalism and eye for detail is second to none. Throughout the build we never had any cause to complain and dan has exceeded our expectations
From the very first contact when asking for a quote up to the final day of completion Dan was professional, punctual & polite and we are extremely pleased with the finished work. I felt like he listened to what it was we were after, advised where needed but ultimately let us make the final decision. Dan and the team always worked a full day and ensured everything was as tidy and secure as possible when they left at the of each day. He also kept us informed as he went along of the next steps, deliveries etc. Would highly recommend, so much so we have asked for a quote for some further work.

Daniel has done multiple jobs for us now. His work is exceptional and him and his team are a delight. I wouldn’t use anyone else
Brilliant service, great patio and brick bbq built, would highly recommend.
This wasn’t the cheapest quote but I’m so glad that I choose Dan to help me. He turned a very tired and leaking bathroom into a modern tiled one. His work ethic was amazing working all day non stop Mon - Sat. He got the right people to tackle each thing and kept in contact to check if there were any issues and sorted them straight away. He arranged for everything to be removed and tidied up after working and I already have plans to use him again for future projects. I highly recommend this company to be trusted to do a brilliant job because Dan took pride in making sure things were done properly and he was very polite, helpful and up front from the beginning
We were recommended DP Construction through a friend. They came highly recommended and I am happy to say that they thoroughly lived up to the high expectations. We had a kitchen extension with bifold doors on two sides to create a floating roof impression, new tiled floor and a paved area immediately outside the extension. DP arrived on time every morning and worked hard all day and always left having tidied up after themselves. The standard of work was exceptional and the finished article looks great. When we had the building regs signed off the inspector said that he was incredibly impressed by the standard of work through out the build. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have building work done.

I would highly recommend Dan and his team. I have used them on 3 separate occasions over the past year.. first to extend patio, add path and new lawn and then to replace decking.. which has now totally transformed our back garden. Dan has since returned to transform the front garden wuth new path and replace wall. Communication is great, they are very punctual and work extremely hard when on site. You may get a cheaper quote from someone else but you get what you pay for! I can't recommend them highly enough for all types of work.
Very pleased with the work carried out by Dan. The finish was excellent, much better than I could have imagined. Dan and his colleague worked hard in very hot weather to get the job finished in a week, can’t fault them or the work they did, would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself.
This company was highly recommended to me. From the first phone call, Dan was polite, honest and friendly. The level of his work which followed was outstanding. Dan and his team were reliable, punctual, honest and totally trustworthy. I can only highly speak of this company for the outstanding work, hard work and final finish which is superb.
