After finding rotten floorboards in our new house, Dan responded on check a trade within half an hour, and was with us an hour later. He assessed the situation, had the appropriate tools and timber in his van and started work there and then. He then helped us order the new floorboards we needed and didn’t charge us a penny for the work.
