"Amazing, above and beyond. One phone call and they were there in a few days. Gas had been turned off by Gas board as they said we had an internal leak. The leak was traced late on a Friday afternoon. I was quite happy for the guy to return another day but he insisted he could get to the wholesalers and back in time to have our Hot water and heating that evening and he did. Very Professional and friendly. I also used him for a boiler service. He found a fault and managed to trace that and correct it so that the boiler passed its service. Thank you Lee and the team. I shall return."

Arranged a visit for a quotation for work to be undertaken, 3 weeks in advance. Didn't show up, not even a message to say unable to attend.
