The job was particularly troublesome to clear, but Asim persevered and got there. It was an education. As a senior manager in customer service I recognise excellent customer service when I experience it, customer service of the highest standards. Thank you. Another mention to Nic, excellent communications and waited less than 24 hours for the engineer to call. 10/10, would use again and recommend to friends and family.”
“I rang on behalf of my 80 year old mum who was having water seeping into her house through drains and plug holes. The lovely receptionist (Nicola) booked an appointment and shifted other jobs around to fit my mum in so it would be as early as they can The 2 lads turned up and were very polite, hard working and very professional. They sourced the blockage and rectified it and even reported on repairs that will need doing in the near future. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor and definitely give it 10/10. Thank you so much”
