Once at our house, Will reviewed our situation quickly and resolve the matter. He then showed us the issue, explained how it had occurred and advised us on ways to ensure it did not repeat again in the future. We also then mentioned another smaller issue with shower drainage which Will investigated and again resolved quickly. Will was extremely helpful, personable and professional.”
