“I found Drain Man Direct on Trustatrader.com, who I called yesterday morning to clear our blocked drain, Darren was able to visit in the afternoon once he had completed his booked jobs. He and his colleague quickly assessed and explained the issue and how they would go about resolving it. Once the drain was cleared and cleaned, he also attended to a minor issue we had with slow waste flow from our kitchen sink. Having a branch from the main sewers on our property, our draining system is somewhat more complicated than most, but this was not a problem for Darren, who was able to resolve all our issues quickly. I can highly recommend Darren, who did a first class job.”
“If you want an honest, hardworking trustworthy and reliable drain man, then Darren is your guy. I cannot express how pleased I am with what he has done for me today. My drains frequently blocked due to 160 years worth of scale. He initially came out to assess, free of charge and gave me a quote. He arrived punctually on the day and got to work straight away. It was not an easy task for him as some of the scale was stuck hard, but he was not prepared to stop until he was satisfied he had got it all out, which eventually he did. He showed me my clear, clean drains after he had finished with his camera, I didn’t think I could get excited about drains, but I was ecstatic with the results. No more drain rodding for me now. Darren is such a lovely honest guy and I will be recommending him to anyone who has a problem with their drain. Thanks Darren top man!”

When I initially contacted Darren he was busy on a job but he said he would phone me back which he did promptly. He was able to come round that same day to give me a quote which I was happy with and then was able to arrange a time the following day to complete the job. I was kept updated throughout the job and Darren remedied what had initially caused the issue. A very professional and friendly service.
DARREN WAS GREAT. HE SOLVED THE PROBLEM OF THE BLOCKED DRAIN WITHIN THE TIME FRAME HE'D QUOTED. HE WAS RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY AND A REALLY NICE FRIENDLY GUY. VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID.

Darren did a great job - he solved our drainage problem thoroughly and took extra care to check that everything was working properly. He was very easy to communicate with, reliable, punctual and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any drainage work.

Absolute gentlemen who were a pleasure to work with. Darren was so helpful when we called about a drain issue. He really assured us and my neighbours and really looked after us all. He provided a great quote and advice and there was no pressure selling at all. The gents were so lovely to have around I was sad to see them leave! They were so polite and their work impeccable! He sorted out a massive issue for us in record time too. I would recommend to anyone.
We purchased a property and were living at it for a few months, but there was a strong sewage smell coming from the kitchen that did not manifest itself during the initial viewing and would come and go without any identifiable patterns. We called various specialists to look at the problem with no success. I then found Drain Man Direct here and called him to help deal with this issue. Darren has first done a CCTV inspection of the drains, then cleared out the drains with his pressure tools. He then identified a defect in the drainage system at the back of the house (an unfit-for-purpose bottle gulley) and suggested a solution. We’ve agreed to this fix and he has carried out the work. I didn't immediately leave a positive review because I wanted to wait some time and see if he has really delivered what was promised, but he has. It’s been almost a year and the bad smell never returned. I would highly recommend Darren to anyone, he is friendly, punctual, and very professional.
