We wanted to check to see that a pest problem was not due to drain damage. Carl was brilliant in communicating before our appointment and arrived just when he said he would, thoroughly checking our drains with CCTV and advising further action. No hidden costs or extortionate prices. We wouldn't hesitate in using him again or recommending his business.
Carl provided an excellent service. He arrived about 20 minutes after my phone call, quickly identified the location of the drain blockage and removed it with a high pressure jet. He was friendly, efficient and helpful, and charged a very reasonable price, (including a six month guarantee.) I would certainly call him again if a similar problem arose in future.
A telephone enquiry in the morning resulted in a visit that same afternoon. A thorough examination of the affected drain was carried out using CCTV and helpful advice was offered as no blockage was visible within the drain itself. I could not fault the speed or efficiency of the service on offer and would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
