had a leak coming downstairs from the ceiling into our kitchen. They contacted me as soon as I looked for someone in checkatrade and sent their senior person within 2 hours of talking. they fixed everything in the bathroom and replaced the leaking valve on the same day. competitive price, good communication and would definitely recommend!

On Thursday night upon coming home at around 10pm I realised there was water coming out the manhole at the front of my property. I then went inside to have a look and realised that my bath and toilet was overflowing with sewage water. I called Drainage flush and the phone operator calmed me down and reassured me the engineers will be there within 40 minutes. The engineers came sorted the whole issue out within an hour, and even cleaned my whole bathroom using disinfectants to make sure there is no evidence of the issue left.
