Alan is the helpful engineer anyone would hope to meet when in a stressed situation. Alan checked with the owner before commencing each stage of the clearance process and cleared the blockage. Having checked the complete system was flowing well, Alan cleared away and departed leaving no trace of his visit. A true professional whom I would not hesitate to call again."

I'm pretty handy but it was not possible to identify exactly where the issue was and rods would not fit in from the inspection hatches... Time to call for help. Alan was prepared to come out that evening, but we could wait till the morning so we were on a tight schedule! Alan came bang on time, quickly identified where the block was then with his equipment cleared it in no time. Then - going the extra mile - he opened a really heavy cover to the furthest point and flushed that through! All left clean & tidy! Ace"
