Excellent experience with Andy from Drakes Plumbing. Responded very quickly to a plea for help with our boiler. Replaced faulty boiler incredibly quickly, very grateful for such a speedy response and service. Professional (but friendly too), punctual, tidy, knowledgeable and communicative - nothing was too much trouble. Liaised with other trades as needed to complete the job. Patiently answered all my questions and a general all round star. ⭐ Thanks very much.
Andy did some work for us recently which involved replacing outside taps and replacing/installing two electronic shower control units (Aqualisa). He was fantastic and had to work in cramped conditions in the loft for one of the shower units. Andy is punctual, keeps customers informed and has a great personality - it was a pleasure talking to him. He is now our 'go to' plumber.
