Dan completed our driveway and was polite and great to chat to during the whole process. Any questions I had about what he was doing, the next steps, and so on, were met with knowledge and expertise. There were some hurdles along the way when removing the previous land/soil, due to pipes being in awkward locations or heights, but Dan met these head-on and resolved the problems efficiently. Since having the works complete, I have had various other trades people in for different projects, and many of them have complimented the precise nature of the cuts and how great the driveway looks, and have asked for who did this work. I would highly recommended Dan to others, and we look forward to having him back in spring for our Garden refurb.
Over the moon with the work Dan did on our kitchen and bathroom. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it, and the work was of a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend him and if we need more work done in the future, he would be our first choice.
Dan is just the nicest person you could ever wish to meet. He takes great pride in his work which is finished to a very high standard. He genuinely cares that his customer is happy with his work and ensures you are involved throughout the whole process and any decision making. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Dan for any building work and my only wish is that I had found him sooner! What a pleasure to welcome 2 young men into my home to reconstruct my bathroom.From start to finish they told me everything they were doing step by step.Punctuality was key.Always a friendly face willing to stop & have a chat,oh & a cuppa with brickies or cake. Nothing was too much trouble for Dan,tidying up every eve leaving the room safe for us to use.Only 1 day we were without a loo not bad going eh. Fantastic work lads really really pleased with the new wetroom.Will tell everybody to use this builder great workmanship.Thank you so much Dan.
Dan sorted everything out for me including building control and the surveyor,was always on time kept me informed all the way a very tidy worker he knocked through my lounge wall into my sunlounge plasterboarded a wall made good all work went above and beyond with everything that he did Mr and Mrs Buckingham

Dan did a brilliant job installing my kitchen, would definitely recommend and would use again myself.
Our patio job went like a dream from initial plan and quotation, through to completion. Completion was within budget and timescale. They worked hard for us through some really hot weather. We just kept the drinks flowing and provided shade where we could. The only smidge down on cleanliness was due to a few splats on the drive caused (I think) from mixer cleaning. That said protective boards were laid down over most of the area. I would strongly recommend DC General Builders; they are going to quote/advise on future works for us.

Completely professional, punctual and absolute brilliant work. Couldn’t recommend anyone more, the work he completed exceeded what I expected. Lovely young man, would definitely recommend. Thank you Dan.
A huge thank you for the hard work completed in our garden. Amazing from the get go. I arranged a garden make over for my parents 30th anniversary and knew what we wanted: raised flower bed on each side of the garden and one with an integrated bench . I couldn’t give him an exact time to start as the parents weren’t giving an exact time time they were leaving. Dan waited until given the go ahead and then came round. He worked tirelessly, was very efficient and told me each step he was doing. I had given a picture of the sort of thing I wanted and he created the entire look even better than I imagined! From the amazing (and spot on) estimations of how many sleepers would be needed, making and creating the beds and bench, tilting the back rest for comfort, to boxing the back off to make a shelf. Cannot thank him enough for the work he has done. We have very surprised/extremely happy parents right now.

We requested a large sandstone patio, this is the patio in the gallery. We were very pleased with their hard work and quality of the end result. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again ourselves for any future work.
Dan is an honest and reliable worker. I was extremely impressed and grateful for his hard work and how he went the extra mile to complete unforeseen jobs that crept up!
Recently had work completed by this company and cannot recommend highly enough. A very professional company that are reliable, hard working, have excellent time keeping, and always maintained constant contact. The workmanship and materials used are of an extremely high standard and we have received a faultless service. We have since recommended Dan and his team to various other people we know who are looking for work to be carried out too. Definitely will not let you down.
