Absolutely delighted with our ‘new’ kitchen, from our first contact with Sarah, Dream Doors in Ware have provided prompt and friendly service, and always kept promises and met agreed dates. Fitter Martin was a brilliant craftsman, and very friendly, he went the extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect, nothing was too much trouble. We had a great experience with our kitchen refurbishment with Dreamdoors of Ware. The staff at the showroom were very friendly and helpful in choosing our kitchen. We chose to keep the appliances, but to shuffle some cupboards around, change their style and replace the worktop. It is important to make sure you agree exactly what is in and what is out of scope, as we had some confusion and extra expense when the job was started. Kitchen fitter was very skilled and though under pressure, delivered a lovely finish. Overall we are very satisfied with the work carried out.
Work carried out to a good standard. However, it was not exactly as specified, which probably saved them money. One omission which was corrected within a week. Fitter was excellent.
