Explains the repairs that will be done simply and clearly and shows the exact areas where the work will be done. Gives reasonable quotes. Carries out the work as agreed in a timely and extremely efficient manner.

Had an issue on Monday with felted / stoned flat roof on extension - water had got into electrics and killed the power to the house. Rang round on the Tuesday and Anthony from Dryfix came round the same day. He assessed the issue, advised what we needed to do (rubber membrane sheet), and got a quote to us on the Tuesday night. Due to the fact he knew we were concerned, he fitted us in as an emergency on the Thursday & Friday. Good to his word the work started on the Thursday … weather awful in the morning but cleared in the afternoon. Anthony and his team cracked on and got the whole job done the same day. These guys did not stop until the job was done. They went above and beyond. sorting a couple of unexpected issues along the way. Special thanks to Anthony and his brother Aaron who kept us in the loop throughout the process. Lovely guys - polite, respectful and hardworking. So … if you have a roofing issue, these guys should be at the top of your list!

I had to arrange a significant roof repair for my dad, who lives 2 hours from me. I found Dryfix on Google and their reviews were great, so I gave them a call and spoke to Anthony. From the word go, Anthony was sympathetic to my predicament, and really took charge of the situation for me. Obviously, he liaised directly with my dad at the house; but as I'd requested, he kept me informed at every single stage, sending me regular updates and photos of progress. Anthony is a rare, old-school tradesman, who gives a fair price, does what he promises to do, calls and messages when he says he will, turns up on time, respects your property and you as a customer, and generally just makes you feel as if everything is going to be OK. He really took the worry out of this for me. As someone who had to rely on honesty due to the fact I couldn't be at the house, I couldn't have found anyone better.
