"30 working days was quoted plus 10 for rain =40 days It took approx 116 working days. Despite promises from Mike (the owner) to use topsoil or sand to give a smooth lawn finish the turf was laid on newly rotovated earth. We have a very bumpy lawn. Again, Mike promised that he would lay the porcelain slabs himself but that lasted less than a day and he cleared off leaving it to one of the lads. A number of the slabs had to be lifted and relaid. Mike under ordered materials, did not supply the correct tools for the job and the project was constantly under staffed. Promises never fulfilled"
