"So happy we used Dan and the team on our extension. We had a difficult project due to poor planning by a project management company. Dan was able to work with us directly to recognise issues with the plans and find clever solutions for some quite difficult situations. "The reason my build went so well and stayed within budget was entirely down to Dan. He made sure he understood the work requested in advance in order to be able to prepare an accurate quote. He provided an easy to follow payment schedule and throughout the work communication was easy. Every specialist trade he has brought to site has been polite and skilled. He has been an adaptable collaborator when the kitchen fitters (I used Wren's own... lesson learnt there!) messed up and we had to solve for their mistakes.
