Initial contact was positive, replied to my request within a day. Good communication and site visit arranged quickly and efficiently. Reasonable estimate and work completed as requested. Happy to recommended and use in the future.
We have been living with a faulty consumer unit for years and the intermittent tripping on the main circuit breaker was a real pain. We were going on holiday for 3 weeks and DSES fitted us in at short notice. Kieran did a great job explaining what he was going to do, what tests would be carried out etc. All done in a morning. Best news - no more power outages.
