On the date agreed for him to come to do the job, he contacted me an hour before to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he got here he got on with the job, he was friendly, helpful and he took the time to explain what he was doing, as well as trying to put me at ease about the dirt that had accumulated behind my cooker.
