“We had very troublesome hairline cracks in the ceiling which in the past no-one has seemed to be able to sort out. Found Durie’s Decorating Services online and Wayne turned up to have a look and he made effortless attempts to resolve the problem and at this stage it seems to have worked. He is a very nice, extremely polite chap and listens to what you say. He has shown immense attention to detail. His timekeeping is impeccable and leaves things very clean and tidy. I highly recommend him and he will be in future my No 1 to go to painter and decorator. Price wise he is so reasonable. Very very pleased with his work.”

The ultimate professional service. Wayne and Owen are friendly, helpful, good communicators, hard working and form an excellent team. The work they carried out decorating the outside of the house I could not have been happier with. Unlike some decorators who are prepared to apply paint directly on to an unprepared surface, cutting down the time the job will last, they cleaned off the built up dirt, applied an anti fungal solution before applying the first of two coats of paint. Can’t recommend more highly.
Very professional, knowledgeable, fair rates, tidy, loves his trade, good communicator and discusses positive and negatives of project aiming for satisfaction. Would highly recommend but not until our place is finished end 2022!
Wayne and Owen did a fantastic job of sorting the settlement cracks following 4yrs after a self build. Tidy and very considerate, where best to work 1st etc. Colour knowledge and paint knowledge was excellent. The house now looks like how it's was expected to be on move in day. Great job.
Wayne carried out the work requested to a very high standard. He went above and beyond what was asked if him and he was both helpful and polite. So refreshing to come across a reliable tradesman who does exactly what was asked of them..and more! Many thanks.

Wayne and Owen are a great decorating team. Wayne was good communicator before, during and after the process. As well as being great decorators they were punctual, polite and good to have around. They spent time cleaning up at the end of every day. They were with us for four weeks and always conscious that we had to live in the house while they worked. Wayne went above and beyond the scope of the job doing extra bits as he noticed them. I will happily recommend DDS to my friends.

Having had a disasterous experience with someone else I was very nervous. However, Wayne was amazing he arrived promptly each day was respectful and professional. He explained to me each step he was going to take to resolve my decorating issue. His wallpapering is second to none and he clearly takes great pride in his work. Im left with a beautiful job completed and he has restored my faith in a true professional having experienced the worse from someone else. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his work is of the highest quality. Wayne is someone you can trust to have in your home and is a clean and tidy worker. Plus he called round a couple of days after he had completed the work prior to submitting an invoice to make sure I was happy. If you want an excellent decorator look no further, you have found him.
Good quality professional experienced tradesman, several rooms painted and some paper lining, lovely job done nothing too much trouble for Wayne. Polite and respectful a pleasure to have working in my home.

I’m always nervous about using new trades. I’m very particular and worry that they’ll take care of my home. I absolutely didn’t need to because Wayne is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and takes care of everything like it’s his own. He works efficiently, is organised, and the quality of his work is exceptional. He captured my ideas and vision perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the finish he’s achieved. He’s experienced, knowledgeable, polite and courteous, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I’m looking forward to having him back for future work already! Thank you Wayne for helping to create my dream family home :)
