Disappointing experience with D W glazing. I wanted to order a made-to-measure glass top for my coffee table. I even brought the table’s top to ensure exact measurements and left it with the shop. I was told the order would be ready in a week, but it arrived a month later. When I went to collect the glass top, it didn’t fit properly. Despite leaving the table top for precise measurements, the glass wobbled inside.To make matters worse, the shop owner damaged the table top.His excuse was that the shape of the glass top was “odd,” making it difficult to fit onto the table top. Derek gave me a quote in July which I accepted, then he strung me along all summer and autumn saying he was busy or blaming the weather. I finally gave up and got somebody else to do it. Poeple like him give other tradespeople a bad name.
