"Ricky from D.R inspected our roof after a leak indoors. He was polite and knowledgeable, showing me the damage where water had been leaking through the tiles and travelling down. We had a couple of quotes from different companies and this quote seemed reasonable. We were impressed with Ricky, who checked in and paid an interim visit to cover the roof with a tarpaulin, as a stop gap before they were available to start work. He maintained good communication and turned up to complete the job promptly. Felt was replaced, new battons, new tiles and flat roof sealed. Good job, would def recommend."
