I had an alarm installed by Eagle around 5 years ago and have had annual service visits since. Service engineers have always been prompt, efficient and professional and I continue to be pleased with the alarm and the ongoing support. Annual service costs are reasonable.

They did a same day visit after burglar alarm started to trigger with no extra fee being charged for urgent response on a Saturday. The issue was batteries seriously run down - should have had a service done several years ago. Really helpful engineer who knew his stuff inside out, replaced all the batteries, had helpful advice and asked me if I had any extra questions. Even though I asked an additional question two days later he called me back within minutes with an answer. Very good firm I will use them again.

I called Eagle Security out because our alarm control panel was beeping constantly to warn of low batteries in sensors etc. The operatives were thorough, reliable, friendly and competent and changed all batteries within the single hour of work provided by the call out charge. Particularly helpful as a very long ladder was needed to change the main siren at the front of the house.

Phoned this excellent company and within 2 days their Engineer Shafic paid us a visit within agreed time, this guy is so pleasant to deal with, he identified issue and replaced the back up battery. He also did a complete system check for all house zones most professional. So impressed I spoke to the owner David another great guy with my appreciation, needless to say I am happy to give a well deserved high recommendation to this company all backed up by Checkatrade.
