Team of 3 arrived early, explained what they were going to do. Worked all day, on one of the hottest days so far. Tidied up when they had finished. Explained when I could use the lawn and how to care for it, especially as I have a dog. Team were happy to chat to my 9year old granddaughter and didn’t shy away from my dog. Wish this team could do all my other jobs!!

Looks so real. Over the moon with the whole thing. Had a lower price off another company but when I looked at the grass they used I went back to these guy. Happy I did. Thanks again guys

Easigrass gave a quote and followed this up with a call. Informed them that they were £1,500 more expensive than competitors so was told they would get back to me to see if they could ‘sharpen their pencil’ as they put it. Notwithstanding that they probably tried to rip me off I was willing to see if they could adjust their quote. I have contacted Easigrass now several times and been told I would be called back. They never did and just ignored my WhatsApp and email complaint. God know what they’d be like if I actually instructed them and had a problem! Awful customer service!!
