"Neil and James (and team) have been brilliant throughout this process. They have plastered, widened the original fire place (including replacement of the lintel to ensure safety), boarded and tiled the fire, new skirting boards, new picture rail, new electrics, laid the flooring and custom fitted units in the alcoves. They have gone above and beyond with all the smaller touches you wouldn't normally consider. They have been able to advise and recommend solutions where needed. Nothing has been too much trouble."

"Had East Durham Solutions to do a downstairs renovation changing the layout of the ground floor to include a downstairs bedroom. The lads were polite and worked hard throughout the build, keeping in communication to ask what our wishes were throughout. Would recommend them and use them again for future work. The space is lovely when finished and a much better use of the space overall."
