“Amazing company, I have had lots of tradesman in my property of late due to renovations and these guys were the best. So professional, polite, on time and the work they have done is outstanding. Highly recommend these guys. We had Matt, James and Kamil for two days in our property and they were such hard workers, they went above and beyond. If you are lucky enough to deal with two people in this company Matt and Emma then you won’t go wrong. Shame the same can’t be said for the others though. Matt, a really lovely man and extremely knowledgeable I had my water cylinder replaced and my shower block. His work is outstanding and cleans up after himself. He answered any questions I had and I felt really comfortable with him. Emma, she knows what’s going on in the office. Calls you back when she says she will, which is unique these days as most people don’t do that. She’s also a really lovely person and promptly finds out what is happening regarding any issue you may have. A pleasure to deal with. Regarding anyone else, the least said the better. My advice, deal with these two people and you won’t go wrong
I had called up to have boiler service done, the lady on the phone Danielle was very helpful with explaining the process and booking it in, which made this a great experience for me, very polite lady. The work has been completed and has been done perfectly. The engineers were polite and made me feel at ease.
I used Ecoglow for the first time to help with a large contract I have fitting solar panels to a commercial property. Very reliable, organised and very reasonable prices compared to others I was quoted. Glad I picked them, will be calling on them again soon no doubt.
Had work completed on Monday. Had ashp heating system along with solar panels fitted to my property. Great guys, very tidy, very efficient and very polite to me and my children. Engineers names i remember are Mark, Matt and Robbie. Would highly recommend.

Very well mannered group of gentlemen, efficient, punctuality exceptional. Then things changed, one contractor in particular showed a little more interest than expected on a personal level, guy called Matt, bald head. Judged a customer on idle gossip from another. Wanted to know if I was married, had a flirting game, then spread idle gossip. Informed me he was the person to call if there were any issues and not everyone has his number, absolute lie. Received calls from this company after making a complaint and a booked missed appointment from them. I was left without heating for two days with a disabled person in my home in the cold weather, whom has protected characteristics under the equality act. The rest of the guys were great, but this guy Matt, not trusting at all.
What a lovely team of people! We had solar panels and an air source heat pump system fitted by them. They arrived at the time they said, explained everything they were doing and were very respectful. The job all in all was huge but they completed it in 3 days and didn't stop once. They did a great job tidying up especially the one that wore a santa hat and was using a henry hoover.!!!😄 I would definitely recommend ecoglow! Thankyou all so much for all your hard work!!
What a wonderful team of contractors, they came and installed our new solar panels and new heating system, the work was out of this world, they never stopped and was very conscious of our surroundings, they completed the installation in less than 3 days without much upheaval at all, they were very polite and very punctual, their work ethic was beyond the norm, the installation was smooth, even with rain, nothing was too much trouble to them, Rob, Matt and the team are a credit to EcoGlow, if anyone is considering having solar panels installed with a new heating system for cheaper living then i cannot recommend EcoGlow enough to do the installation, worry free installation with a great work ethic and consideration for the client is only just a few of their attributes, Excellent workmanship. I cannot thank them enough and would recommend to anyone without question. Sandra
It is a good install. Eco glow fitted my air to water heat pump and it has had its first service. The service company said it is a good install. The company worked hard, with the main 2 heating engineers making sure the job was done in the required amount of days. They installed my heat pump system and replaced radiators. One engineer came back to make sure the heating worked when something wasn't quite right. Everything is to a high specification. Thank you eco glow for my home upgrade. They wrote to my neighbours and it is such a shame none of them took up this incredible offer. I have saved about half of my bills and now have a cozy home with hot water and central heating.
We had several recommendations for Ecoglow for our homes solar. After meeting them and 3 others we opted for Ecoglow and have not been disappointed. Everyone throughout the process was punctual, performed high quality work, and communicated with us throughout. Would fully recommend

A brilliant experience both times I have used ecoglow.
Very personal and good communication.
We had a problem with the boiler and we Emailed over the weekend. They contacted us Monday and did the service and gave advice on the problem on Wednesday.
Eco Glow do my annual boiler services, I highly recommend them great service!
