Billy and his team recently carried out a roof repair for me. From turning up to quote the job to completion I found them to be very professional. I was given several options on repair to suit my budget, and the full process was explained to me. The men were friendly, very tidy and had the job done and finished in no time at all. Our porch roof fell in after heavy rain. Eco roofing came the same evening. Billy was friendly, helpful and professional and gave us 3 quotes for different roofs. Rapid response to email questions. We decided on a higher pitch and tiles. Eco roofing came the next day to make the roof watertight and the team completed the roof with a higher pitch and tiles that matched the main roof the evening after. We are really pleased with the result. The area was left totally clean and the job was carried out with care and precision. We highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I contacted Billy about a leak around my roof/window area and wasn’t sure where the issue was coming from. Brilliant to do business with Billy and his staff. Billy came and took detailed notes of the work required. He checked inside and out before quoting for the repairs to our Chimney and roof. Communications were excellent throughout. Billy and his team turned up exactly when booked. The work was carried our very professionally and really neatly. Despite battling with wet and wintry weather the team completed the work to a high standard. Pleasant and informative, even apologising for the weather! Some additional work discovered, which Billy showed to me and explained, in detail, why it should be done. Came back promptly to deal with a small snagging issue.

Within the week Billy had called round, provided a detailed quote and his team had carried out the work. Billy was then able to identify areas that needed repairing and having sent a 2nd detailed quote, his team went on to complete the work and fit a dry ridge system. At each stage of the work, Billy took time to explain what needed doing and why. In 2 weeks the roof was transformed. The work comes with a 10-year guarantee so I could not be more pleased.
