Always reliable, efficient, helpful and professional.
After 20 odd years my old gas boiler decided to pack itself in and so it needed replacing. I did my research and called many boiler installers for quotes. I asked the same questions to find out what they knew, how they would go about carrying out the work, how long it would take and price. Darren from Eco-Smartgas turned out to be the best in terms of knowledge, value for money, reliability and availability (not have any heating at the end of October). When it came to carrying out the work he did what he said he would do, was punctual, friendly and reliable, the work was of good quality and no fuss or hassle. I was so impressed with the service received I recommended him to my mother who also asked him to install a Worcester Bosch boiler. Six months have past and no problem with either boilers and both of us are happy for Darren to maintain the boiler servicing each year. Good plumbers/heating engineers are hard to find so I would totally recommend Eco-Smartgas.
Overall I am pleased with the work and the price.

Very efficient, helpful & punctual. Installed 3 Designer replacement radiators. Neat finish & workmanship. Always answered his mobile phone & kept me informed & kept appointments as promised.
Darren was early to the job, polite, friendly and easy to speak with. He layed out protective matting before starting the job and everything was clean and tidy when he finished. Straight forward service, no surprises. Boiler is 15 years old. No attempt to 'sell' me a new boiler. Very happy.
Excellent. I've used Darren for the last 10 years and he is very good.
Called for a quote on having a boiler installed, and was contacted back the next day. Darren came round and gave a comprehensive competative quote, and arranged a date to complete the work. On the day of installation he completed the work, making sure the area was cleaned up afterwards. All dealings with the process of quote, booking the work, and making payment were efficient and communication by Christine was excellent throughout. I have recomended Darren to family, and would not hesitate to do the same to anyone needing his services. So nice to find someone who seems bothered about carrying out business professionally, and not having to constantly chase, like they are doing you a favour in taking on your work. Thanks Darren.

Darren was from start to finish a pure professional nothing phased him and nothing was to much trouble him and his team were wonderful -- very clean - as soon as they walked in the door to do the job the dust sheets went down. Precise instructions on the boiler. A 5 star team
Darren and jack did a great job. A couple of hiccups along the way but they sorted everything out. Water tanks removed, new boiler installed. We would use again.
