He quickly sourced the location, replaced the pipework (copper) and went as far as providing pest control recommendations as well as decorators to repair the small area of ceiling. Recently he has returned to service our heat pump, seal our bath, install new timer controls for our bathroom radiators and install a radiator in the loft. He is knowledgeable, reliable, a good communicator, tidy and very pleasant. Strongly recommend."
