I have never used a locksmith before so after reading many different reviews I started making calls and Mark was the first and within minutes of speaking to him he was the guy I was going to use. Mark helped to regain entry after a repossession and made all the necessary I.D checks and proof of ownership he got the first two doors only to reveal a pigsty of a house!! Mark worked in and around a lot of filth to repair damage to the back door after an attempted break in and fit new lock and handles. Mark never moaned once and is a total professional and a great guy to meet. Thank you.
Excellent service and delivered with a smile. A throw back to the traditional way of helping each other! Mark fixed our problem and was pragmatic and efficient with the solution. Really pleased with the service and would happily recommend or indeed call Mark again for any locksmith/alarm/security work.
Mark is an extremely knowledgeable locksmith, who was able to rectify my originally badly fitted patio doors. One set of these doors had been extremely problematical to lock. He also realigned 2 more upvc doors and adjusted the locking mechanisms. He is a very po!Ite and professional individual, and you feel confident that he knows what he is doing from the moment he arrives. All my external doors now close and lock properly and smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend Mark.
