"Colin maintained great communication throughout the project. The porcelain wall tiles were not easy to cut, so he returned the following day to ensure the job was completed properly. At short notice, I also asked if he could install a backsplash in the downstairs toilet using the same tiles, and he kindly agreed, which I really appreciated. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy each day, and was very friendly throughout. I would definitely recommend him — the end result was impressive."
