Andrew from Eland Construction left us with a very good impression, sadly we had to postpone the job for personal reasons, but he was very knowledgeable and left us a feeling of trust right from the start. He did listened to our needs and understood perfectly well the proyect we had in mind. I will call him again.
Great work from the team repairing my fence. All work completed to a good level of finish and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Would rehire and recommend.
I met Andrew late last year after our first builder had dug the foundations badly. Since awarding Eland Construction the work I have been very pleased. The foundations were corrected and poured within 3 days. The build only took two more weeks to get the roof and velux on. Now its all plastered and we are decorating and very pleased with the finish and how everything was on schedule and on budget.
Currently we have put our project on hold, hence the Average rating on quality as it is not relevant at this time. Andrew have been very professional in his approach and work, explaining each element well. Todate we have been very pleased with the service from Enhanced Property Services.
Enhance property services has worked on a number of my properties in the last few months and always delivered good service. My tenants are always happy with the work they do and their professional attitude. The comprehensive report they supply is superb at identifying what needs to be done and how much it will cost.
