Matt was round in less than an hour from my call, then spent 5 hours tracking down the fault and fixing it, despite me telling him to call it a day as it was so late in the evening. He refused to leave until he had our heating back on. He even called the next morning to check everything was still ok. Honest, reliable and thorough - can't recommend him highly enough!”
