He responded quickly to all questions and was very clear and straightforward about what would be done. I found him to be punctual, reliable, clean and tidy, and extremely polite. I am delighted to have found such an honest person who is very happy to go the extra mile for his customers. I would ask him to do any work for me in the future and wouldn't hesitate to give him 10/10. A very satisfied customer."
