“Absolute exquisite customer service from the Electrik Heating Solutions team from start to finish. Prompt callback after my initial enquiry. A reminder / re-confirmation of my consultation appointment, which is not common nowadays. The consultation itself was informative; everything was very well explained. The follow up admin was spot on and on the day of the install, the electricians Rhys & Pete were lovely, respectful of my home, clean and tidy and Rhys was really clear with the app set up. All in all, just brilliant! I’ve already recommended the team to my friends.”
““We found "Electrik Heating Solutions" an excellent company to deal with. Great customer service, quality products, as you would expect from a German manufactured product. The installation went faultlessly. The installers being friendly and caring of your house. There was a slight delay on the installation of the SUNAMP water heater, a quality British Product. However, Keith and his team kept us up to date at all times of which we were very appreciative. There are similar systems on the market, however it appears that everyman, along with the company cat, make commission on the sale, which is, reflected in the eyewatering prices they charge. In my opinion you cannot go to a better company than "Electrik Heating Solutions" for your heating and water heating requirements. For the record we had 8 heaters installed and a "SUNAMP" water heater.””
“Under difficult circumstances and in a complicated old house the removal of our oil fired heating and installation of 12 radiators was completed on time, with care and efficiency. Everyone was friendly and easy to have around. The coordination of the installation, the new meter, and the updated electricity supply worked well (special thanks to the electricians who ensured the smart meter went in OK). Any mess at the end was minimal.”

We are very pleased with the 2 electric radiators that we had installed yesterday. They look very stylish. And the 30 year guarantee is reassurance. Rhys & the electrician Gary turned up punctually and had the 2 radiators installed by 1pm even though we have lime & plaster walls which made the installation more difficult. And we were impressed by how polite they were and cleaned up after themselves. Plus Rhys fully explained how the radiators worked before leaving. We would recommend this company without hesitation.
Excellent in all respects
We had these electric radiators installed as a replacement for old storage heaters. We’re very pleased with the result. All communication and queries were dealt with clearly and quickly .The installation was carried out efficiently and cleanly. Rhys was very helpful from the initial demonstration of the radiators to downloading the app to use the Smart features. We would definitely recommend this company.
Incredibly impressed not only by the quality of the work but also the speed. The whole team has been Incredibly helpful throughout the whole of the process. Would recommend Electrik to anyone looking at upgrading their heating system.

I followed them to the letter, everything worked first time, I configured the iPhone 8 and successfully switched the heater on and off, then followed your cogwheel instructions for both devices and successfully remotely transferred the data to my iPhone 6. Everything is working perfectly on both phones now! Very grateful for your speedy response and clear instructions. Excellent customer service. Genuinely went above and beyond to help me.
Super helpful company that not only gave a great demo of the product they also helped answer some questions we had about the rest of our boiler system at no extra cost. Very clean quick work and took away and recycled our old heaters too. All in all worth every penny as we have had our first warm night living in our new home since buying it last month. Would 100% recommend.
I found Electrik Heating Solutions to be the most approachable and helpfull during the survey phase. Rhys was very good in working out our new requirements. We also opted for a Sunamp heat battery for hot water. The electric aspect of the work was carried out very efficiently with the highest regard for the best possible wiring solution with minimum distruption. Kieth also arranged for a UK Power Networks upgrade to my mains supply fuse. This was at no extra cost and a real bonus, thanks Keith. Ryhs installed all the radiators in a day which restored our heating which we had been without since our old gas central heating failure. The installation of the heat battery fantastic to watch the transformation of an air cupboard full of hot water tank, central heating control units and pipes to cupboard that contained only the heat battery (just like the website pics). The installation guys were very polite and courteous, cleared up everything. Well recommended.
Just had my oil central heatiing removed and replaced with Sunamp battery and 7 radiators. I was reccomended by a friend and these guys were brilliant. The app is great and easy and we now have instant hot water all the time. Steve and Mary Cromer
We had our radiators and Hot water Battery installed in June of this year. The hot water system is unbelievable instant hot water every minute of the day and the running costs are beyond expectations despite the rise in electricity cost it is still running cheaper than our old system. This comapny are brilliant from the start of the process with the FREE SURVEY and then the instalation. We had our Sunamp Hot Water Battery installed just over 4 weeks ago which has been even better than we anticipated . We are so impressed we have placed an order for our radiators to be installed in the next few weeks. Thanks again Electrik
Extremely pleased with every stage of this project. We needed to change our storage heaters because they had become extremely inefficient and expensive. This was by far the best company that came to quote because they were able to give us very good advice on what was best for our property and our electrical set up. Old heaters were removed and we had plenty of time to repair our walls and decorate ready for the new ones to be fitted. Everyone took great care in our house, really clean and tidy workers and they took time to explain how everything worked - absolutely recommend 100%.
Can not praise them enough from the consultation through to the fitting, they set up mine and my partners phone for the app even offered to help me move the furniture that i moved before they arrived back to where it was We have never felt so warm in our home Great company and great service
We had struggled with the Fischers Radiator controls. My new system is easier to control an the lads Rhys and George were very nice as well.
Very pleased from initial contact to completion of job.
