Highlights
“I contacted element gas and heating as our boiler unexpectedly stopped working. The customer service was fantastic and the job was booked in and I was kept up to date with when they were coming. On arrival they were very friendly, explained exactly what had caused the fault and what the repair would involved. The service and repair carried out was to a high standard and the engineers are absolutely lovely. Highly recommend there services as they explain to you in layman's terms what has caused a fault and options for repairs.”
“Element came to do my boiler service and I asked them about a noise in the toilet cistern. A fault was diagnosed, quote given to fix, and date to complete arranged. Element were on time and rang in advance of arriving. All work was explained and engineers were very polite. Very pleased customer.”
“Very professional. More than happy and would definitely recommend”
