“Cold water tank leaked whilst we were away and the hot tank was on its last legs. Element came round, did a thorough inspection, and offered great advice and reassurance. They were able to get the works completed as a matter of emergency before we arrived home. All done to a very professional standard, clean and tidy pipework, they cleaned up after themselves and completed a big job within a day. Very happy and will certainly use them again.”
