I do not recommend this company! I can only warn you before as afterwards is to late! Incompetent decorator sent , they had to take the whole decoration cost off bill as it was such a mess , now paint outside is blistering due to poor application but they refuse to return to fix it , I had held £500 back but wish I had held more back as it’s going to cost way more than that to get it redone, I would avoid this company!

"I need to set the record straight clearly and without ambiguity. All work included in the original quote was completed in full. You then requested additional tasks outside the agreed scope, including the removal of decking sections. Despite the extra time and labour involved, I applied a substantial discount as a goodwill gesture. The invoice for this completed work remains unpaid. As is standard practice, no further attendance or remedial work will take place until the outstanding balance is settled in full. I must also address the conduct experienced on site. Several interactions were confrontational, inconsistent with previous agreements, and created an unnecessarily hostile working environment. This behaviour made it impossible to maintain a constructive professional relationship. To avoid further escalation and to bring the matter to a close, I reduced the final cost significantly and completed the work to a high standard regardless of the circumstances. My business operates
Elesel did a great job of repointing a 1930 chimney. The loose old pointing was removed and new mortar was applied firmly and neatly.
Couldn’t be happier brilliant team everything was done as it should.
Levi was very helpful from start to finish and the team worked very hard and left my property spotless how they found it! Would thoroughly recommend

Fantastic service by Lee & his team. Well plan, detailed pre visits, excellent work, updated communications throughout the project and great after service care. I would thoroughly recommend using Elesel Property Care. Thank you Lee for coming to my property so swiftly when I discovered a problem with rising damp. Lee and his team, Paul and Steve, were all great guys and the work was completed quickly and with outstanding professionalism. My property was treated with respect and left neat and tidy on completion of the job. I was very impressed by Lee and his team’s efficiency.
We moved into a house that had cracks running through the interior and exterior walls. After having a full structural survey (from a 3rd party) and a visit from Lee we were informed that heli bars would be the best action. Lee and his team were able to fit us in quickly and have been great throughout the process.
Very professional from start to finish and the work was done on time and to the quote which is always reassuring i would reccommend this company.
We noticed some damp in our lounge after having our patio laid. Elesel attended and informed us that this was due to the Patio being laid too high and breaching the DPC. Rectification works were carried to a high standard and would definitely recommend this company for their workmanship and attitude.
Elesel property care completed some works on my property and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome Lee and his crew of workers where very polite and professional at all times and the work carried out was to a high standard .
After noticing holes and crumbling pointing on the brickwork of my house I decided to contact Elesel Property care and two other companies, Elesel was the most knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced out of the 3 so we decided to go with them. Now that the work has been completed I’m over the moon my house looks brand new with its much-needed facelift. I would highly recommend Elesel property care to anyone looking for this type of work and will definitely use them in the future.
