Elite Luxury Clean LTD

Quoted £35 for a 2 bed clean. Accepted as I felt under pressure even though I knew this was a bit more than others had quoted but I was sold that this was a higher standard treatment than your average window clean and included the frames etc. Firstly, I had to finish the job. The windowsills were still dirty, even though I raised this before he left. Overcharged me at £40 which I didn’t realise till after the money had left my account. Contacted them and was offered a free clean - shocker, they didn’t turn up. 3 chances offered, messages now being ignored. Wouldn’t ever use them again!!

Couldn't follow basic instructions, overly pushy and rude

First time using Elite today and they didn't disappoint. Really nice guy that came, very polite and did a very through job at a competitive price. Very pleased and highly recommend. Thank you.
