On time, fair pricing.
Honestly had nothing but problems from the get go with my bathroom being done, the traders turned up to start the job, everything was rushed massive gaps in the tiles nothing met correctly, tried blaming previous work she’d had done when it’s all been tested with a laser level and it’s fine. Quickly tried talking his way out of it saying it would be fixed which it was thanks to someone else they had to send out to fix their mess because that’s what it was! Plumbed a new cubicle shower in which caused a huge leak through to the kitchen damaging cladding on ceiling. Nothing but excuses and says he’ll see you right. Absolute rushed and shoddy work. I am currently left with a bathroom that’s not completed tried saying everything was fine and would be sorted once it was all done until his other worker came out and said no it wasn’t right all had to be ripped back off and re tiled as nothing lined up. Excuses all way through, would not recommend

Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. We were contracted to tile half the bathroom, following previous work not done by us. This naturally impacted alignment, but any errors from our side were rectified promptly and professionally. A leak reported late Friday was resolved by 9am Saturday. We also supplied and fitted the WC and basin free of charge and offered to tile the floor at a heavily discounted rate — which was appreciated at the time. The floor couldn’t be done on the original date as the wrong tiles were purchased by the customer. At the customer’s request, we completed the walls and agreed to return once new tiles were sourced. Unfortunately, we have not been informed that the floor tiles have arrived so are unable to come back and fit these. No excuses have been made — only solutions. We acted quickly, honoured our word, and always aimed to do right by the customer.
Had the team tile my floors, installed my bathroom and WC. Brilliant plumbers and tilers- 5 star service.
