I had French doors and windows fitted by this company and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Paul came round initially to provide the quote, and his knowledge was outstanding. He explained everything clearly and made me feel very reassured and confident in going ahead. The fitter was extremely good – tidy, efficient, and clearly very skilled. The installation was completed to a high standard and with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service.
Really pleased with the work. The fitters worked really hard and did a great job. They spotted a very small scratch on one of the windows, which I hadn’t, and arranged for a replacement.
I am extremely pleased with my new windows and front door. Paul was very helpful and there was no hard sell. Barry is an excellent fitter and did a great job. Very polite and tidy.

From my first meeting with Paul to discuss my requirements, I was impressed. There was no hard sell, no attempts to get me to pay more than my budget (which he didn't know) - in fact, he was looking for ways to bring the price down, and was happy to quote me for each window individually so that I could decide how many I could afford to get done, and which ones I wanted to prioritise. He even suggested keeping the frames on 3 windows and just replacing the glass to a more energy efficient type, to help my budget to further. The installer, Barry, was polite, personable, punctual and easy to have in the house. He worked tidily and made sure he cleaned up at the end of each day. I trusted him to be in the house when I wasn't there. Overall, I was very impressed with Elite Windows, and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering getting new windows or doors.

Barry was extremely helpful, respectful of our house and polite. He went to a great deal of trouble to explain everything he was doing and why. We would highly recommend.
The windows look great, am really pleased with them! Paul was really helpful in choosing the design and fittings. The fitter Barry was very nice, punctual, very skilled and did a super job Cannot recommend this company highly enough!
Hassle free from the start. Explained the good points of the products with no hard sell. Kept to the time scale outlined. Fitters worked very hard and took the time necessary to do a good clean installation in our 100 year old house, something that was easier said than done. We are very pleased with the results.
I couldn’t rate this brilliant company more! Paul was knowledgeable, easily contactable and put us at ease, we trusted him from the start. Ian, the installer of our 2 doors and 10 windows (including a tricky circular window and a dormer window, which was up a tight spiral staircase) was superb! This is the second time we've used Elite and they're nothing short of fantastic. They're always so helpful and a very friendly team. Our installers did a wonderful job and we're warmer and cosier in our home already. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and the beautiful traditional style of windows they helped us select. It makes our home look clean and in keeping with the area, while still getting all the benefits of UPVC.
