Paul was knowledgeable and helped me choose the right windows and doors. The fitting was efficient and tidy, and we were extremely pleased with the final result.

I had French doors and windows fitted by this company and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Paul came round initially to provide the quote, and his knowledge was outstanding. He explained everything clearly and made me feel very reassured and confident in going ahead. The fitter was extremely good – tidy, efficient, and clearly very skilled. We have been very pleased with the windows, the fitting and the after-sales service from Elite Windows. Paul gives personal service and his fitter Barry has been a tremendous worker. The improved heat insulation is noticeable. The windows are of high quality and their appearance matches almost perfectly the original period wood windows, and doesn't require the same burdensome maintenance.

What can I say, Paul came to price the job. Really knew his stuff. What a really nice man. Gave me a quote that was £400 pounds less than the neatest rival's. But £2085 from the dearest. I can't tell you how happy I am that I chose this company to fit my windows. Barry who came to fit the windows. Was lovely clean and tidy. So so happy 😊

We were very impressed by Elite Windows. Paul was extremely helpful and listened to what we wanted. He also made useful suggestions due to his in depth knowledge of the product. The price was very fair and he was also able to do the work in a relatively short time frame. The fitter did the work over two days and was friendly, tidy and communicative. Would highly recommend.

Paul was great at initial review and quote, responded quickly, very knowledgeable, clearly answered all our questions and understood our needs. Good communication and flexible scheduling. When it came to fitting, Barry did a fantastic job, the windows look beautiful!! He was so careful with finishing touches, kept the house clean, worked hard throughout. Really pleased with the work. The fitters worked really hard and did a great job. They spotted a very small scratch on one of the windows, which I hadn’t, and arranged for a replacement.
