“Francisc was our favourite candidate to carry out this tiling work in our bathroom. He came to have a look and give us an estimate, he asked the right questions and took the right measurements suggesting us different options. He took care of purchasing the materials, he removed existing tiles trying to cause as little damage as possible and he also painted with a tanker sealant before applying the new tiles. He completed the job in 2 days as estimated for the price agreed. Good communication and availability. He's a committed, hardworking and honest man with plenty of experience. I'd highly recommend him.”

Unfortunately, we were let down by Ellian and his colleague - had to pay someone else to fix their work. They have done a really bad installation of engineered oak floors in 3 of our bedrooms. We suggested to use the glue from the very beginning and Ellian said that there is no need to. After the work was completed and the gaps between floorboards were so huge you could take them out, Ellian blamed the quality of the floorboards and mentioned that we should have glued them together (which we suggested and he rejected initially). He stopped replying to our messages and never came to fix the floor. We had to hire another professional to fix their work (who had to issue with the quality of our floor at all). Ellian’s quote was actually higher than most to start with but he had last-minute availability and we needed urgent work - well, we ended up missing our deadlines / having no usable bedrooms and paying double. Avoid.
