Elwyns were excellent and really listened to what was being asked of them, providing great advice and solutions that met our requirements. The finished product was stunning. Such great quality and follow service top quality and responsive.

Fantastic product. Excellent sales, not pushy. Installation easy and clean. Pleasure to Have the guys here working on the house. Good price and has made a huge difference to energy saving.

We used Elwyns recently to replace two small, two medium and two large windows, and were extremely pleased with them. They discussed our requirements and measured up very well. Installation was scheduled for two months later, but took place exactly when agreed and was all done within two days. The workers were very nice, did a very professional job and cleaned up well after themselves. I really couldn't fault them.

The work was carried out on time and completely to my satisfaction - everything was done on time and all left very clean and tidy.

They could not provide what I ordered, but did not tell me that until they had already installed their own specification. A very poor, flawed design you won't see anyone else installing, where the sliding door breaks the letterplate off regularly. They do not reply to emails even though it is still under guarantee. Suggest you use different Company for superior pricing, products and customer service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Elwyns. Their organisational skills were terrible from the outset. They kept getting the times wrong and blaming us for not being in when they called. As a result, the work was rushed, and the springs on the windows broke within 24 hours. I had to withhold payment until they returned to fix it, and they even had the cheek to ask me to “pay in advance in good faith.”. They also broke a light switch and left marks on our walls. The staff would play loud techno music at 8 a.m. The final result is fine for what we paid, but it was a hassle.

The company were exceptional during the actual job, successfully completing in a timely manner, and very open to schedule issues (I had to go out to an appointment with my daughter, and they were happy to continue and adapt around this). The only two minor issues was it would have been good to have a little more communication between the survey and when the window fitting was arranged, as there was a long gap here where we didn't hear anything, and a couple of extra dustsheets during the fitting. But, overall, the experience was exceptional, service great, and everyone I spoke with a pleasure.

New Windows and front door supplied and fitted by Elwyns. The quality of all materials is first class. The fitter (Lee) and his team did a first class job and left our property spotless and was a polite first rate crew, I fully recommend everyone involved it my replacement door and windows.
