I have recently had my very wonky, unpreditable, (and sometimes dangerous) up and over garage door replaced with an electric roller shutter, supplied and fitted by Empire Garage Doors and Awnings. I am extreemly pleased with the professional service and advice I recieved from Sean , who carried out the work quickly efficiently and answered my questions on maintenance of the product. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. Peter Butcher
A 1pm to 4pm was offered. At 3pm I rang to ask what time the engineer was arriving and was told I was next on the list. Engineer arrived 30 minutes later. He assessed the situation and managed to open the door. He gave the door a good lubrication (WD40) and also checked another adjacent garage door. He realigned the locking hook so that the door closed more easily and securely.
I contacted Empire on Monday the 12th of February 2024. Sean called me back and we arranged for him to come and look at the door in the early afternoon of Tuesday the 13th of February 2024. Sean arrived as arranged, looked at the door knew what it was and fixed it there and then. He was very efficient and cost efective
Sean did an absolutely brilliant job of replacing our garage door and was a pleasure to deal with. He was always polite, very prompt with his quote, easy to get hold of when we needed to discuss the work, and extremely thorough when planning the work. The door looks absolutely great and works a treat. Can’t recommend highly enough.
