We specialise in complex residential projects including conservation areas and listed buildings, deep basements, rear and side extensions, loft conversions and interior led refurbishments. Each home is entirely bespoke. Designs are never repeated and solutions are carefully tailored to the client, the building and the borough planning context. We remain closely involved during construction with regular site presence, tight coordination of consultants and contractors, and careful control of drawings, budgets and materials.
