He came out very promptly and spent time telling me the how it would be done and how long it would take. I felt very informed and confident and we agreed a date. Alas, due to equipment breakdown, the job had to be carried out on two different days but I was kept informed and it was a situation beyond his control. My garden was left better than before and I had the tree bark spread around my flower beds. Steve went over and above the quote and I was extremely happy."
