Darren has serviced my rental flat in numerous ways over many years including installing a new boiler and maintaining the central heating system. He continues to service the boiler on an annual basis. He responds promptly to enquiries, attends on time, and communicates clearly both with me and my tenants.

Darren was great - would totally recommend. Posted on checkatrade for urgent repairs to a gas pipe early one evening. He responded immediately. Asked to have a quick call to see if the work was of interest (given in local area). Talked through it with him and he agreed to come next morning after first job. He arrived next day early and sorted everything out professionally, explained all very clearly, and all was left clean and tidy. Minimum damage to the floor boards too. Would definitely use Darren again for gas-related work.

Darren was punctual and polite. He carried out the work speedily and competently. We would contact him again if the need arose.

I never leave bad reviews because most small businesses are struggling, however in this instance its necessary to save others from experiencing such poor workmanship and costly rectification repairs. Darren installed the new boiler which did not comply with manufacturer's installation instructions and so the manufacturer negated our 10yr warranty. We asked him to come back and rectify the problems, but he refused saying that everything was compliant. He then blamed others and shouted abuse down the phone. Also, it's not wise to let him anywhere near a WC overflow!

Darren was easy to deal with, flexible and very clear in his communication about what was needed and how he charges. I got an honest and reliable vibe from him. This was only a small job (a boiler inspection for some potential issues), but I plan to try him again when I have more boiler work that needs to be done.

Darren came to carry out a gas safety check at our property and did a great job. After we reached out for a quote, Darren came back very quickly and offered helpful availability. When attending to carry out the check, Darren was helpful, friendly and professional and carried out the check thoroughly. Overall, a great experience!
