Erma came to our rescue at incredibly short notice…literally within hours. Despite the urgent call-out, Erma arrived promptly, was very polite and respectful. He immediately diagnosed the problem(s). The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and to the highest standard. He took photos to show me the faults, then immediately got to work, getting all my electrics back up and running perfectly. It’s so nice to find a tradesperson you can trust in an emergency. Exceptional service from start to finish – thank you! I will definitely use again and recommend Erma’s services to family and friends”

He was FAB and recommended me a kitchen fitter who was also fantastic :) Very lovely, my flat is all nice and has a bunch of new plug sockets and a fuse board that doesn't stress me out when I look at it, 10/10 strongly recommend!!! :)
