Joe is an absolute treasure. I’ve 3 young children and I’m in the house by myself, so having to work with any trades people can be really intimidating and also worrying that they might try to fleece you. But Joe made me feel at ease straight away, and the kids loved him! An absolute gem to the profession, and he got the problem fixed, for a more than reasonable price. He went above and beyond to make sure we were set up as much as possible, after he couldn’t fix the issue on the first visit (so returned a couple of days later to complete). Over the moon with our experience, thank you so much.
